Getting Started
Call Flex-Staff and talk to one of our trained staffing professionals. They will determine how your skills and past work experience match the needs of our client companies. If you’ve got what it takes, a date and time will be set up for you to come to our office.


While at Flex-Staff, you will fill out application paperwork and watch an orientation video to learn more about how we work. Your visit may also include skills testing and an interview with one of our Staffing Specialists.


Applicants selected for employment become Flex-Staff employees. Our experienced Staffing Specialists work closely with our employees to match their individual skills and interests with available positions at our many client companies.
