Getting Started

The fastest way to get your next job is to call your closest Flex-Staff branch during business hours and talk to one of our trained placement professionals. They will ask some questions and see if your skills, past work experience and what you want to do in the future match the types of positions we receive. If it’s a match they will send you the online application information and schedule a date and time for you to come to one of our offices. 

While at Flex-Staff, you will watch a short orientation video, have an interview with one of our Placement Specialists, and possibly have some skills testing to complete. We value your time and do our best to have everything completed within an hour.

Job seekers selected for employment become Flex-Staff employees. Our experienced Placement Specialists work closely with our employees to match their individual skills and interests with positions at companies that are hiring.

We take a personal interest in the success of our employees, and we work hard to make sure that we place people in positions that match their career goals and employment needs. We work one-on-one with job seekers and return calls and follow up on emails/txts.
